Canceling a Subscription

1. Once logged into Tonic Audio, click on your name/handle on the upper left-hand side of the page.
2. Select Plan & Billing.
3. Click Cancel next to the workspace you'd like to unsubscribe.
4. A pop-up box will appear confirming you'd like to cancel the subscription. Please read the text carefully as this contains the end date of your current subscription. After the date listed, storage will be limited to 5 GB. All of the songs and files will still be accessible, but if the workspace is over quota, no new files can be uploaded. A canceled subscription can easily be renewed and picked up where you left off.
